OUR SILLY GIRLS

My girls have the wierdest sleeping habits! They bounce from one bed to the next... Madi was kicked out of her bed by her baby sister. Madi ended up making a bed on the floor! Poor kiddo!

Some nights they can't get close enough to eachother and cuddle together to sleep!

It is very very sweet!

ZOO LIGHTS!

We went with Papo & Nini to the Zoo in Denver to see the Zoo Lights! It was a cold night! But the girls had a blast!

IT'S WHITE OUT SIDE!

Our first snow came just in time...right before Christmas! The girls could not wait to get bundled up and go out and play!

MADI'S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

Madi was a precious angel! She was so excited to get all "dolled" up in her Christmas Dress! She had been practicing her songs for weeks! WE knew all of the words to "AWAY IN A MANGER"...compliments of Madi!

JASPER THE ELF

Madi & Hannah had Santa's Elf come to live with us for the month of December. Jasper is what they named him...and it was his job to make sure the girls were good before Santa came!

Jasper was always doing something silly around our house! The girls loved him and hated to see him go! He will be back next year...Madi asked if he could come back to visit from time to time!

NOVEMBER 2012

Novemeber was a hard month. Grandma Lillie was very sick, so it was not a very happy time. We spent a lot of time with Great Grandma Lillie. She is doing a little better now...we just continue to pray for her health.

Thanksgiving Girls (Sorry Hannah)

Thanksgiving came and went...and we were ready for CHRISTMAS!

The day after Thanksgiving Madi was ready for our tree! Madi helped Mommy set up our Nativity and added ALL of her ANIMALS to the manger. Hannah helped decorate the tree! And we enjoyed Hot Cocoa and Christmas Movies!

We are excited to announce baby brother is healthy and happy in Mommy's Tummy!

OCTOBER 2012

CIRCUS TIME!

We all loaded up for a trip to the circus! Cousin Kyler and Grammy Lillie even came along! Madi, Ky and Hannah got to see the elephants up close and personal! And they even got to dress up in the circus costumes before the show!

Grammy Lillie even played along with us..sporting her clown nose! Tons of Cotton Candy and Snowcones later...we were all on a sugar high! The circus was great! The kids had a blast!

MADISEN'S 4th BIRTHDAY!

We can not believe our little lady is 4! She has grown up so much! Madi is such a smart sweet girl!

MADI'S LALALOOPSY BIRTHDAY!

From Candles and Cake.... to Presents and Food Madi had a great birthday party with her friends and family! Thank you for making her day special!

OH HANNAH!

Madi got markers for her birthday from Auntie Mel...and Hannah found them. After a couple minutes of Hannah being really quiet in her room Mommy got suspicious! And for good reason! Hannah colored herself from HEAD TO TOE!

PUMPKIN PATCH WITH SCHOOL

Madi's class took a trip to our local pumpkin patch! Mommy, Grammy & Hannah came too! Madi & Hannah picked the cutest pumpkin!

SEPTEMBER 2012

LABOR DAY WEEKEND CAMPING TRIP

All of our family got together for Labor Day Weekend to go camping. We all met up East Fork and enjoyed eachothers company and tons of SMORES!

The girls got very used to sleeping in the camper while we were on vacation...so when we got home...what did we do? We went camping somemore! Great Grandma Lillie even came up to camp for the night!

Poor Madisen had so much fun making smores...but staying up so late was not on her to do list!

MADI'S FIRST DAY OF PRE-SCHOOL!

It was a very happy-sad day when my Baby Girl started school! I can't believe she is ready to go!

I was one proud mama, but I cried like a baby!

My baby is 2! Hannah has already hit her terrible twos....long ago! Hannah is such a sweet busy little girl! She wants to be just like her Big Sis!

Mommy, Nini, Madi & Hannah got up really early to see the hot air ballons go up in the sky!

That night we went to the balloon glow! The girls got to climb in and make the balloon glow!

MADI'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE!

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Auntie Gabby surprised Madi with a Hot Air Ballon Ride for her Birthday! Madi enjoyed the Colorfest Balloons so much she was ready to fly! Madi, Daddy & Papo went up...up...up... HIGH...in the sky! Madi had a blast! It absolutely made her day!

Yellowstone Trip 2012

YELLOWSTONE 2012

Nate & I took our girls on their first family vacation! We traveled back to Yellowstone this summer. We drove through it last year but did not get a change to take it it's vast beauty. Unfortunalty, I threw out my back the morning we were leaving on our trip. It was so hard to function when I could not move, but we were still determined to have a good time. Daddy had a lot of extra work since I couldn't do any lifting what so ever! The girls had a blast and that is all that matters!

The first two days of our road trip were filled mainly of driving...so hard for two little girls! They did great. We did try to find places to stop along the way to let them stretch their bones!

On Day #3 we arrived at Yellowstone. It was very smokey from a forest fire, but we made the best of it. We got to our campsite and set up! We started to hike around to see the sites!

Madi and Hannah really liked the waterfalls! We had many boardwalks to check out and lots of bubbling geysers to see! Jesse the Cowgirl got to come on vacation with us...she loved checking out the sites with us!

Wyoming dirt was by are the girls favorite! We rolled and got very very dirty every day! Smores and Ice Cream were also a big hit!

Of course we had to check out Old Faithful! Madi thought it was pretty neat! Poor girl could not understand why she had to wait for it to erupt again and again....

AUGUST 2012

MONTEZUMA COUNTY FAIR

Mommy has had an alpaca patient named Pepperjack that she has been working on all summer! He had a broken leg and came to us for surgical repair. Pepperjack was doing so good he was able to participate in the Montezuma County Fair in Cortez. The clinic staff went to see him in the fair! Madi got to have a special day and come on a fiend trip with us!

Madi had so much fun with Auntie Kayla and Ms. Ashley

Dr. Yost let Madi play in the water balls! I think he wanted to see his Vet Tech roll around so he could laugh.... But Madi had a blast!

Of course Madi had a blast checking out all of her favorite farm animals!

ARCHULETA COUNTY FAIR

My favorite time of year is here! I love our county fair! Sharing it with our girls is very special to me! Madi & Hannah loved petting the babies and eating sweet snacks!

They had water balls at our fair too! This time it was Daddy's turn! Oh Man... he had a blast! He over did it of course... and laughed the entire time. And of course Madi had to have another round!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Madi was old enough to go toVBS this year! She had a great time learning about Jesus and hanging out with her little buddies!

SUMMER TIME GARDENING

The girls have had a great time playing in our yard. They loved watering our plants and playing in the garden! Of course they fought over the hose from time to time... over all we had a great time taking care of our beautiful flower gardens!

PARK FUN

We continued to play at the park as much as we could. As many evenings as we could we went to play!
