Swim Play Day!

After graduation we wanted to take Madi to do something fun!  Poor little kiddo...she was dragged all around with the graduation festivities!

New Fishy Swim Vest!

Madi was totally facinated with the fountain jets!

Laughing!  It Tickles!

FINALLY DONE!

I started at San Juan College in the Fall of 2007.  I was setting off to complete my degree to become a Certified Veterinary Technician... In February of 2008 we found out we were pregnant with Madi... I stuck very hard to my studies until she arrived in October... then I was just focused on being a good Mommy!  I never quit... I just put it in slow gear!  I took one to three classes per semester.  Then school studies got even more backed up when we decited to have another baby!  By the time Hannah arrived I was in my last semester of my upper level veterinary technology classes...wow!  It seemed like it took forever!...after I completed all of my degree classes I realized that one of my English Classes from FLC did not transfer... I was so close!  I enrolled in my final class!  Advanced English Composition...this class was by far my hardest class yet!  This professor was totally new to me...and she was really tough!  I struggled with this class because I was now a Mommy of TWO sweet little ones who took up a lot of my time...(no complaints!), a full time Vet Tech...and I tried to be the best wife I could be!  Thankfully... I rocked this class and ended up pulling an A!!!  Yahoo!

I was so wrapped up in my kiddo's attending my graduation ceremony did not seem important to be... But I decited to go... I worked so hard for this degree and by-golly I am very proud of myself and I should be proud recieving my deploma!  Walking accross that stage was a wonderful feeling!  I completed a very challenging degree with Honors!

So two kiddos and 3 1/2 years later... I did it!  ALL DONE!  It feels great!

Dr. Wright....great professor! (tough too...)

Dr. Reed

Laura...totally gets the best professor award!  She helped me get through all of my life changes and pregnancies....Laura was great!  She encouraged me all the way through!

I didn't get a pic with Sherry!  But she is awesome!  And I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me throughout the years!

Mom and Dad are SOOOO proud!

Thank you Nate for sticking with me...even when I didn't want to!

Thanks Mama for keeping my kiddos on weekend when I had to study and test!

Thanks Dad for encouraging me to go for it.  Dad and I used to "take care" of the neighborhood kitties when I was a little girl!

I love my Honey!

The girls!  We did it!

Bird House Builders

Madi and Daddy decited to work on a little project..."we are building our birdies a house to live in"...Madi had a lot of fun cutting the wood, and putting her house together.  Now all we are lacking in paint!

Using extra wood from finishing off the basement....

I can do it Daddy!

This part goes here!
